DYNO envisions an inclusive Cambodia where youth with disabilities and youth non-disabilities are empowered as transformative leaders in society and integrated to sustainable national development, leading with dignity, innovation, and equity.

Empowering youth with disabilities is at the heart of our mission. We provide resources and support to help them develop their skills and confidence to advocate for themselves and others.

We value collaboration with various stakeholders, including youth, families, and community organizations, to create a supportive network that champions the rights of youth with disabilities.
MR. EU LY
BOARD PRESIDENT
Eu Ly is a Board President who initiated the establishment of the Youth Network Organisation and developed a vision for inclusivity and empowerment, advocating for youth with disabilities.
MR. NGIN SAORATH
EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT
Saorath is an Executive President who initiated the establishment of the Youth Network Organisation and developed a the Strategy, and for youth with disabilities.
MR. VORN CHEA
CLiMATE CHANGE COORDINATOR
Chea is connects with youth, helping them find their voice and participate in advocacy on Climate Change and Disaster.

NETWORK COORDINATOR
Theary works tirelessly to promote the rights of youth with disabilities and engage the community.
MRS. SOK THERA
FINANCE COORDINATOR
Thera is coordinating on finance management with several projects’ expenditures in DYNO and DYNO’s Demo Farm. She has many years experiences in finance officer, grants officer, and procurement procedures.
MR. VANN OUDAI
DIGITAL & ADVOCACY OFFICER
Oudai works on digital advocacy to promote the rights of youth with disabilities and engage the community.
Ms. CHHEL ARIYA
ADMIN & HUMAN RESOURCES
Ariya serves as admin and human resources officer. She has many experiences in administrative management and public relations, among government officers and relevant stakeholders.
Ms. PEOU SOPHANY
Project Officer
Sophany serves as a project officer, support programme coordinator, and advocacy representative for the voice of young women with disabilities. She has expertise in advocacy and public relations.
